- To enjoy the 10% discount, payment must be made via credit card (any bank) or FPX bank transfer.
- Customers who opt for the 60-month instalment plan with Standard Chartered credit cards are not eligible for the 10% discount.
- Offer is only valid for landed residential properties with a registered TNB account located in West Malaysia. Commercial properties (e.g., shop lots, factories) are not eligible.
